“I would never say that.” I mumbled.
“She absolutely did say that!” She barked.
“Well, do you really think so?” He wondered.
“Of course, she always lies.” She retorted.
“Wish we knew. We always knew.” They murmured.
“So, I’m telling you now.” She stressed.
“And you’re sure she did?” He questioned.
“You don’t believe me?” She challenged.
“We do, we do.” They echoed.
“Why would I lie?” She stressed.
“Why would you lie?” He implored.
“I wouldn’t, you know.” She countered.
“Oh, never, never.” They agreed.
“But she would.” She asserted.
“Perhaps she would.” He debated.
“Don’t trust her, she lies.” She hissed.
“Lies! All lies!” They cried.
“I would never say that.” I whispered.
